You have given an entrance test for that and if you qualify, then you will be shortlisted for interview, and then if you qualify, you will get admission. -

Yes, you can apply for the course of M.Sc in Jamia Millia Islamia, but for that you should have min 50% of marks in your B.Sc. And then, you have to also clear the entrance exams conducted by Jamia Millia Islamia itself. -
If your university is recognized and you have secured at least 50% marks in B.Sc then you can apply for M.Sc in Jamia Millia Islamia. You can pursue M.Sc from there.
