Hi,You can do M.Sc.from any UGC recognize university that will give value for your course.Main thing is your interesting subject with your will because correspondence / part time courses are not giving so much benefits compare to full time / regular courses from any recognize institute.

Please look at RECs first. State universities may not have the right infrastructure...
