I did B.Tech, am working as a Java developer & want to switch to the position of a business analyst but haven't done MBA. What should I do?

You are advised to gain proficiency in one of the functional domain such as BSFI, healthcare, travel & transportation etc. You may go for either IIBA or BCS certification on Business Analysis for business analyst jobs.
