I did B.tech and got 77 percentile from S.V university,tirupati.Can i do M.B.A in telecom management in ISTTM,hyderabad.is it good for me?

I have passion to do M.B.A,Rather doing conventional M.B.A programme,I would like to do it in telecom sector but I have a little idea about it.Can u please suggest me something?
