if you degree is regular and approved by UGC then it is valid

Any engineering degree will be recognized by all government departments if it is approved by AICTE and affiliated to a UGC approved university. It appears, JRN Vidyapeeth is not approved by AICTE. i am attaching a RTI letter against JRN which was raised by some one:-
