I did BA frm VS Prasanna Bharati which is not UGC recognized. Am I eligible to work as Sys Admin roles & will I b able to go abroad?

I had done BA frm VS Prasanna Bharati Uni. which is not UGC recognized. & have done Microsoft Certifications. Will I be able to work in IT companies as Sys Admin & later on will I be able to go abroad with few years of relevant experience?

As per your information you are not eligible to work anywhere on the basis of your BA degree. But your microsoft certificate gives you some worth for job.
