I did BA in1994 with 49% .I have 15 Yrs. experience as P.A. Presently i am looking Company Property matters. What course should i do. LLB or

I am working in a Private company as PA to CFO. Presently i have to look after All the Property matter i.e. Leasing, Buying, Selling, Acquiring Company Residential and Commercial properties. I did BA from Calcutta University in 1994(2Yrs) with 49% marks. Should i do LLB or pl suggest.
