I did BBA with first class this year from Jaipur, want to do MBA frm Mumbai's best universities and can't give CAT,should i give MAT or CET.

Universities together of a state conduct Common Entrance Test for admissions in their state. B-Schools take the score of a CAT/ MAT.
If you want best institutions, better prepare for the same now and take up in the forth coming year
