Yes, you are eligible to study abroad in any college of your choice as you completed your Masters. You need to do preparation of some exams. You can choose any one of them. Popular entrance exams. TOEFL vs IELTS. GRE vs GMAT. SAT. MCAT and ISAT.

Hi, You are eligible for further education in Canada or any other countries because you have upgraded your degree from Distance mode to regular in Master degree. You just need to check the admission process in particular universities with IELTS or TOFEL score. All the best.
