I did DCE 1990 batch from SJP, Bangalore & am a practicing contractor. What should I do to get a B.Tech degree for lic/purps admission?

    Hello Ashwath,
    You have done Diploma in civil engineering way back in 1990. You are now having a desire to do engineering graduation. Unfortunately many colleges and states enforce the criteria of age while giving admission to engineering colleges and I'm afraid you will be outside the bracket within which the students are admitted. But don't worry everything is not lost if your desire is only to gain knowledge. Then I suggest you complete the associate membership exam of the Institution of Engineers which is equivalent to graduation. In addition to this it will give you lot of theoretical knowledge which may be useful in your practice
