I did Diploma in art and craft (2007-09) and simultaneously did correspondence BA from HPU (2005-09). Are both the qualifications valid?

You have not mentioned the duration of diploma course. But, a degree course in distance mode with a certification course/diploma undertaken simultaneously is valid.
