I did Diploma in textile manufacturers & then got admission in direct 2nd-year degree in textile technology am I eligible for PG from NID?

After 10th, I did a Diploma in textile manufacturing and then took admission in direct 2nd-year degree in textile technology and passed the 1st class with distinction, am I eligible to apply for a PG in textile design at NID as the duration of my degree is 3-years as I have done Diploma also.
