i did engineering for two years but i think i want to go ahead with photography and cinematography,please suggest afull or part time course.

If you have interest in photography and cinematography more than anything than it's never too late you can leave your engineering and pursue this field. There are many courses in photography. You have to decide that whether you want to learn about only photography and all or you want to have additional knowledge of media industry.
