I did get 58% in my 12th class, it is enough for b schools

Many reputed bschool in India have minimum 60% criteria in 12th board exams. Please check while filling forms of such bschool as your candidature would be rejected. SPJIMR has minimum criteria of 60% for its admission proxedure

Hi, SPJIMR does not specify any limits on the 12th class marks. But the selection process has a mix of both academic and extra-curricula factors. Though having less marks is a weakness, but if you could justify and impress upon the interview panel then you could get through to campus, so need not be
