I did MBA in Biotech Management. Which is better UGC NET (Management) or CSIR UGC NET (Life Science) and where shall I take coaching in NCR

I did MBA in Biotech. Management from Amity in 2007. I want to know which is the better option UGC NET (Management) or CSIR UGC NET (Life Science) and if life science then from where shall I take coaching in Delhi or Noida? What are the future prospects after clearing UGC NET/ JRF exam. Please reply
