The focus of Institute should be to enhance the Knowledge/Skill of the student. An Institute should continously work towards employability of student rather than just a academic qualification.
Only those institute who are focussing towards enriching the student Skill will survive rest will fade off

For ias(pre) pg degree is not necessary. however ug degree is compulsory from the institution recognised by state or central government. there is no minimum percentage required. Also you can apply, if you are in the last yr of ur pg but you have to produce your degree during mains exam if you qualif
