I did Ms in mechanical field in US ..I want do something additional for better career except PhD.Can someone suggest me different exams

I want some short period exam or course in addition to my qualification. Could u plz suggest me different kinds of exam for that. I did MS in mech field & other skills are pro-e , CAD CAM. Now i am working in analysis field but i want to something different.
