I did my 10th in 2017 and planning to give NIOS by 2026. Planning to give JEE in 2026. Will this huge gap effect my eligibility for Mains?

<p>If you match the qualifying requirements, you can take the JEE Mains in 2026 after finishing your NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) exams. Your eligibility won't be impacted by the difference between your Class 10 and Class 12 grades as long you meet these requirements<br><br>Year of Passing: After passing Class 12 (or its equivalent), candidates are eligible to take the JEE Mains exam for the next two years. You can take JEE in 2026, 2027 and 2028 since you want to finish NIOS by 2026.<br>Subject Requirements: Since physics, chemistry and mathematics are required for JEE make sure they are covered in your NIOS curriculum.<br>Age Requirement: Candidates must meet institute-specific age requirements for admission although there is no set age limit for JEE Mains.</p>
