I did my 12th from BIPC but want to pursue aerospace engineering now? Will maths become a problem for me during B.Tech?

I am much better in maths in comparison to biology and got 94% in BIPC but still is it possible to study engineering without maths?

Yes, if you want to pursue aerospace engineering. You should opt for one year +2 course in mathematics from NIOS and seek exemption from all other subjects.
