I did my 12th in 2015 in non-medical with 65% and got 6 bands in IELTS (not less than 5.5). Am I eligible for Canada study visa?

You would be eligible for foundation courses, University transfer pathway courses or skill based diplomas. You can begin your research with a few colleges and polytechnics. Try the website for polytechnics Canada (polytechnicsCanada. CA) or colleges and institutes Canada (https://www.collegesinstitutes.ca/) to search for courses and colleges.
