I did my B.Com in 2009 but 1 subject is still pending so I couldn't get my degree certificate. Can I complete my pending paper now?

I think there might be some change of syllabus or even name of the paper. There will be chance to write that pending paper again. Please inquire once in your college regarding your examination.
