Hi,
Though government universities are good, do consider applying in private institutions as they provide you with a PGDM degree and also, they provide you with a holistic environment where you not only learn through textbooks but also outside the classroom.

Each college has tie ups with some banks or other NBFCs to give students loans so once you get selected in a college, the college will give a list of these institutions to you.
