I did my B.tech(CSE) and PGDIT( 2year SCDL, pune).How can I apply for NET exam? Or can I take lateral admission in MBA in any university?

I also possess 4 years of experience in IT field but now I want to go for lecturership.I know that NET takes post-graduation from UGC approved universities.can I take lateral admission from UGC approved universities? pls provide the list of such universities.
