I did My B.Tech EE & scored 58.78% (6.38 GPA) and excluded two subjects as per JNTUH exemption rule. Am I eligible to do MS in Australia?

Most of the universities don't consider your marks or CGPA. And let me be clear, based on your percentage scholarships will be decided. So, try to consider it and plan your studies.
