I did my B.Tech in 2007 and then worked for 3 years in corporate. Would it be good for me to pursue PhD and make career in teaching?
I did my M.Tech in 2018.

Yes, it's a good decision if you go for Ph.D and want to make a career in the teaching field. After Ph.D, you can also go in the research and development field.
