I did my B.Tech in 2013 and working in BPO since 2016 but now I want to go for MBA. Shall I opt full-time MBA or executive MBA?

By having experience in BPO if you do MBA it will help you in lot of ways. If you have good communication skills and experience in voice and non-voice process then it can create some kind of new opportunities for you in the career. Experience matters a lot everywhere. Go and join MBA without any dil
