I did my B.Tech in 2014 and MBA in 2014-16. Is it possible for me to pursue PhD?

Hello Sajani, Yes of course. You have completed your MBA and hence you would be eligible to pursue Ph.D. in Management. However as you have not done M.Tech, you would not be eligible for Ph.D. in technical subject. Procedure is very simple. First you have to decide from which university you wish to
