    Hello Soumyadeep,It is very nice to know your interest in GIS and Remote Sensing. These are the two areas which are going to have huge job potential in the future. GIS even presently has an unfulfilled requirement of plenty of jobs. Remote Sensing is of course the technology of the future. This is bound to be used in almost every sphere of our life. Be it knowing the green cover, or knowing the status of any project or be it finding out what is happening on the surface of this planet. In view of this, I feel you should not worry at all about job potential in any of these two areas. Go ahead and do your Diploma in GIS and Remote Sensing
