I did my B.Tech in EEE in 2017 with 3 backlogs. How can I get a job in MNCs? Do I need to learn programming languages for the same?

Yes, you have to learn programming languages to get the job in the MNCs as this is the only thing that can take you to the MNCs as these big companies never hire the student with the backlogs, but if you have a good command on any of the programming language, then you can get into the MNCs.

Hii Akhil, Don't worry regarding your backlogs, improve your skills instead attend workshops, do internships, etc. Try to clear them as soon as possible at least for your certificate. Well, EEE department doesn't need any programming language.
