I did my B.Tech in electronics & got an offer letter from Vistara as a security executive. Can you suggest if it is good for career growth?

It is a fake company. I had got many offer letters and joined there as a company executive in HR and I worked there for one month and my salary was decided as 38k. But they gave me a check of 40k which bounced later.
