I did my B.Tech in mechanical engineering and currently working in TCS. Should I do MBA or should I continue to work for a bright future?

This would depend a lot on the need for earning. If you can manage without income for about 2 years then I would advise you to go for full-time MBA from any of the top 10 MBA institutes or in case you intend to continue working then you must explore Execuitve MBA/distance MBA/part-time MBA from top colleges.
Your specialisation should be based on your current area of work or in an area in which you are keen to pursue a career.
