I did my B.Tech in safety and fire engineering. So which GATE paper should I select related to my branch?!

Yes, you can give the exam, but you can select your branch according to your M.Tech preference.

In GATE official website they given the no of courses list while the branch of engineering is selected the courses which are eligible to write the exam while applying for GATE please read all the instructions in the official GATE website.

Yes, you can give the GATE exam but you should select the subject carefully and you can also refer to the GATE exam brochure.
