i did my bachelor's in computer science with 66% but with 17 backlog attempts and also compartment pass(chemistry) in intermediate with 61%

I did my Bachelor's in computer Science with 66% but with 17 backlog attempts and also compartment pass (chemistry) in intermediate with 61% but I have 87% in my 10th. I want to do my further studies in canada. That would be great if anyone help me.
