I did my Bachelors in 2008 with 60% and have got 6.5 bands in IELTS. Am I eligible to study in Canada?

Hi, I believe 65-75 % is a general requirement. However, there could be universities which might have customized requirement too. So 60% is definitely possible. Yes, it is definitely possible but It might not be easy, you may not get the admission in top colleges/universities, However, there are some top ranked colleges/universities which won't consider your profile. Generally most schools require an overall band of 6 with not less than 6 in each individual
