Hi, I believe 65-75 % is a general requirement. However, there could be universities which might have customized requirement too. So 60% is definitely possible. Whichever courses and universities you have shortlisted, check their websites clearly and also do an online chat with the support team. You will know for sure the exact percentage cut-off for that particular university. And I believe you have very good work experience too which I am sure will add as a clear advantage for the credentials. As far as the IELTS is considered, 6.5 overall and at least 6 in each category ( L, R, W, S) should be good.
    Wish you the very best.

Yes, it is definitely possible but It might not be easy, you may not get the admission in top colleges/universities, However, there are some top ranked colleges/universities which won't consider your profile. Generally most schools require an overall band of 6 with not less than 6 in each individual section and the academic requirement is 65% - 75%, and this is not for all the universities and for you, work experience is an added advantage, my suggestion is to chose the course and university and consult the concern university admission officer and enquire about your eligibility. Of course the best way to be sure is to check each their
