i want to do law courses in correspondence and later need to practice it in law farms or company but whther to take LLB or LLM

No correspondence courses can give you job in any law firm and no senior Advocate will take you as his junior. If you really want a good career in law then prepare for CLAT exam and take admission in one of the top-14 law colleges of India to pursue full time LLB.
