I did my degree B.Com via distance. Later, I did MBA in regular mode, am I eligible to do LLB in distance mode?

Is there a difference between distance and regular LLB?

Hi, LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the class 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

Bar Council of India don't allow distance mode of education for LLB Course, join 3 years programme of LLB Full time.

It is strictly not allowed. You cannot provide in bar council with a distance degree.

There is no LLB in distance mode of education, after completing which you can practice as a regular lawyer. Bar Council of India does not permit such programs. Regards.

Do LL.B. in regular mode only. Otherwise, you're not eligible for Bar Council Membership.

I think there may be age bar issues regarding LL.B. Admissions for many colleges. Also, many colleges don't allow LL.B. as a distance course. If this is not so, then you can pursue LL.B. in distance mode.
