Yes, you can apply for doing BE through part time, which is there in particular selected colleges like VIT, Chennai, Punjab.

Yes, you can do BE part time, but only in that college which provide part time BE. There are weekly classes in selected colleges:
VISTAS, Chennai
GNDEC, Punjab
GNDU, Punjab
VIT, Chennai.
