You are eligible for B.Sc, but pursue B.Tech rather than B.Sc, because B.Sc is 3 year graduate degree course, while B.Tech is 4 year technical degree course. Since you have done Diploma, you could get admission in 2nd year direct by lateral entry schemes and could pursue 4 year of course only in 3 year. Value of B.Tech is more as compare to B.Sc.
