As you have done Diploma in ECE, so you must go with B.Tech lateral entry programme instead of B.Sc Economics.
For B.Sc Economics, we consider class 12th percentage and eligibility is 60% with English + LPUNEST (entrance test).
You can apply for an entrance test NEST from this link-
Last date to apply is 31st March and test will be conducted from 5th April-30th April. Result will be declared by 4th May. Then you have to participate in an online counseling from 4th May-9th May. Result of allocation will be declared by 10th May and accordingly you can proceed with admissions till 16th May.

Hello, I'm not sure I fully understand your question. Are you trying to get into college using your ECE diploma, or have you already completed a year and now want to transfer to another college

Anyway, if you have a 75% graduation, you can obviously apply for lateral entrance into BTech ECE; if not, you should visit lpu.in to properly investigate your reason. The LPU website is incredibly user-friendly, making it simple to get to specific information. If you're still confused, call the admissions helplines!
