I did my electrical Diploma after completing HSC. What is the procedure to pursue B.Tech abroad?
I have done my 12th with 71% from a state board. I do not have any passport.

Yes. You can definitely do it but you will have to select your college first. And, there are many consultancies that will help you with it.
