I did my electrical Diploma in 2012 and since then I am working in a semi-govt. firm (5 years). Can I apply for some course in Canada?
I have overall 6.5 and 5.5 bands in writing.

I personally suggest you if you want to apply for Canada then apply for Permanent resident because after five years of working experience it will be beneficial for you rather than applying as student .
