I did my engineering from india and want to do pg in business from canada i want to know if it will have any negative impact on my career like getting job and pr etc. do many student do this every year if so so they suceed or really just struggle

No it not give negative effect , you can do your master degree from Canada , if you can join any research institute then it would be better
