I did my graduation (BCA) in 2014. Which course will help me to be an IT developer? Is BCA enough to get a job as well as growth in IT?
I got 68 % in BCA. Now, I'd like to join IT as a developer.

You have two years of academic break. I will suggest that you evaluate MCA to improve your chances of better IT career. Nowadays IT companies hire Ready to Deploy resources(RTD) from Training Institutes. Identify RTD training institute and take training either in Java or testing to seek career in IT
