i did my graduation for 2 years in 2006. only final year is pending thats due in 2007. what do i need to appear final yr exams

i did my BA journalism from osmania university hyderabad. i scored 82% in the first 2 yrs. i couldnt continue my final yr. please let me know if i can appear for the exam from the same university else please also let me know that if i can get that transferred to other univ and reappear for final yr
