I did my graduation from commerce stream and did Software Engineering from private institute. Can i go for MS CIT for post graduation?

I have done my graduation from commerce stream and did 3 years of Software engineering course from private institute. Currently I am working in IT company. I want to pursue my post graduation in ms cit . Can I do ms cit if I am from commerce background?
