Getting placed much more than having a degree. Work on your soft skills and domain knowledge.

Yes, you may surely get job in MNC, provided you fulfil all the eligibility criteria for a particular job.
Please remember no course or university guarantee job to its students, getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the students.
