I did my graduation in B.tech. with electronics and communication engineering.can i do M.Sc. from maths after B.tech. from RU.

    Eligibility for msc is graduation. So you can do it. But doing Mtech is much more beneficial than that of Msc.
    Now a days, so many students are doing msc math after bsc and ba maths. So I advice you to do Mtech than that of Msc.
    Also after btech, there are so many career opportunities, you will definitely get a very good job.

    Yes you can do as MSc. will accept any of the graduation
