The educational requirement for all the posts of the UPPSC exam except for some specialised positions is a Bachelor's degree of any recognised university from any discipline with any percentage of marks. The candidates who are in the final year of their Bachelor's Degree programme are also eligible to fill the UPPSC application form but with a condition that they have to submit the self-attested Certificate at the time of the Detail Application Form (DAF) submission for the UPPSC main exam.
