Yes, you are eligible to apply for the UPPSC PCS exam (Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission - Provincial Civil Service Examination) even if you have a Bachelor of Fashion Technology degree from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology). The eligibility criteria for the UPPSC PCS exam include a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Therefore, your degree from NIFT fulfills the eligibility criteria for the UPPSC PCS exam.

Yes, you are eligible to give UPPSC PCS exam as you have completed your graduation. The educational requirement for all the posts of the UPPSC exam except for some specialised positions is a Bachelor's degree of any recognised university from any discipline with any percentage of marks. The candidates who are in the final year of their Bachelor's Degree programme are also eligible to fill the UPPSC application form but with a condition that they have to submit the self-attested Certificate at the time of the Detail Application Form (DAF) submission for the UPPSC main exam.
