I did my mechanical engg. Diploma in 2011 and I have 6 yrs. of experience. Can I begin my higher education now?

You will have to provide a necessary affidavit at the time of admission in college. You might not be able to pursue engineering after such long gap but you will be able to pursue B.A. Or B.Sc from a college.
