I did my mechanical engineering Diploma in 2009. How can I pursue engineering abroad in 2018? I got 63% in 10th and 62% in my Diploma.

It's very difficult for you to study abroad because your gap is 9 years whereas minimum of 5 years gap is acceptable. You could visit your nearby study abroad counselors for more information.
